60 minute vinyasa flow is a dynamic, mindful practice that synchronizes movement and breath.  Flow between postures builds strength, flexibility and mobility.

 Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints).  Poses are held for extended periods, encouraging stillness and deep relaxation using supportive props.  

Let Your Yoga Dance

Let Your Yoga dance is a movement practice that brings together yoga and fluid dance movements with the body’s seven chakras. A typical 50-minute class includes gentle yoga asanas, joyful, self expressive dance and a restorative period of savasana, meditation and conscious breathing. Prana is our life force... the breath and subtle energies that exist in the universe.  When we breathe, we expand our life force.  Pranayama practice focus on inhalation, exhalation and retention which:


  • provides us an opportunity to observe our breath in an intentional and conscious way.  
  • engages the parasympathetic nervous system bringing equilibrium and calm to the body.
  • is an active meditation practice that helps us to root more deeply in our body and allows for a strong connection and integration between the mind and body.
